I try to give the media liars a chance to regain some of their lost credibility once in a while. Last night was a golden opportunity to do that. Result, opportunity lost.
Last night all the networks gave the President an hour of primetime air time to sell his healthcare bill. It was an incoherent rant that promised the world, but delivered no details (this is a reoccuring theme).
The media liars never hold this guy accountable for his promises. He has broken many of his key campaign promises (don't wait for Katie and Brian to tell you which ones), but how about the promise that all bills will be posted on the internet for 5 days before voting, so the people can read them. This administration has shoved through bills so fast that congress can't read them, let alone the public.
Any of the media liars could have called that press conference exactly what it was, staged drama full of misrepresentations. But true to form, they let you down.
